BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF PA,RIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section lv That Ordinance No. 1406, A.rticle xXI, Section
1 of the City of Paris, Paris, Texas, LKOne»Way Streets", be
amended as follows:
That 18th Street, N. W. going North, from the North
Boundary Line of Graham Street to the South Baundary
Line of West Shiloh Street, be, and the same is
hereby made a one-way street,
Section 2. That any person found guilty of' operating a
motor vehicle the wrong way on the aforesaid portion of 18th
Street, N. W. shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction shall be fined a sum of not less than Five ($5.00)
Dollars nor more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3, All ordinances or pa rts of ordinances in
confli ct herewi. th are he reby repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective on
February 3, 1969.
