AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 2, OF THE CITY OF PARIS, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL
TIMES IN DESIGNATED PLACES, BY ADDING THERETO: THE EAST SIDE
OF 'IST STREET, N. W., BETWEEN GRAHAM STREET AND WEST PRICE
STREET; PROVIDING FOR A FINE OF NOT LESS THAN $3.00 NOR MORE
THAN $200.00; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREfnTITH;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF MARCH 24, 1969.
BE IT OR DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No.'I 406, Article XXI, Section
2, of the City of Paris, "Parking Prohibited at All Times in
Designated Places", be amended by adding thereto: the East
Side of 1st Street, N. W., between Graham Street and West Price
Street.
Section 2. That any person found guilty of parking a
motor vehicle on the af'oresaid portion of 1st Street, N. W.
shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be
fined a sum of not less than Three ($3.00) Dollars nor more
than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
f'lict herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on
March 24, 1969.
