AMENDMENTS THERETO, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 4(c), 60 MINUTE ME-
TERED PARKING, BY DELETING FROM SAID SECTION THE FIRST TWO
METERED PARKING SPACES ON THE WEST SIDE OF 1ST STREET, N. W. ,
AND NORTH OF WEST HOUSTON STREET, AND THE FIRST TWO METERED
PARKING SPACES ON THE EAST SIDE OF 3RD STREET, N. W. , NORTH OF
WEST HOUSTON STREET; AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 4(d), REGULATED ALL-DAY METERED PARKING, BY DELETING
FROM SAID SECTION THE THREE METERED PARKING SPACES ON THE
EAST SIDE OF 2ND STREET, N. W., NORTH OF WEST HOUSTON STREET,
AND THE THIRD METERED PARKING SPACE ON THE EAST SIDE OF 3RD
STREET, N. W., NORTH OF WEST HOUSTON STREET, AND AMENDING
SECTION 4(d) BY ADDING THERETO ALL-DAY METERED PARKING IN THE
THIRD AND FOURTH METER.ED SPACES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WEST
PRICE STREET AND WE5T OF 1ST STREET, N.W., AND BY ADDING
THERETO THE FIRST METERED PARKING SPACE EAST OF 3RD STREET,

3RD STREET, N. W, AND SOUTH OF THE INTERSECTION OF 3RD STREET,
N, W. AND WEST PftICE STREET; AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406,
ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 3(c), SUB-SECTION (3), AUTHORIZED LOADING
ZONES, BY ESTABLISHINGA LOADING ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF
WEST PRICE STREET AT THE WEST END OF THE LAST METERED PARK-
ING 5PACE WEST OF 1ST STREET, N. W. ; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section l, That Ordinance No. 1406, and subsequent amendments there-
to, Article XXI, Section 4(c), "60 Minute Metered Parking be, and the same
is hereby amended by deleting therefrom the first two metered parking spaces
on the West Side of lst Street, N. W. , and North of West Houston Street, and
by deleting therefrom the first two metered parking spaces on the East Side of
3rd Street, N. W. and immediately North of W est Houston Street.
Section 2, That Ordinance No. 1406, and subsequent amendments there-
to, Article XXI, Section 4(d), "Regulated All-Day Metered_Parking", be
amended by deleting therefrom the first three metered all-day parking spaces
on the East Side of 2nd Street, N. W. , North of West Houston Street, and by
deleting therefrom the third metered parking space on the East 5ide of 3rd
Street, N.W. and North of West Houston Street.
Section 3. That Ordinance No. 1406, and subsequent amendments there-__
to, Article XXI, Section 4(d), be amendedby adding thereto ten cent (10fl park-
ing meters in the third and fourth double metered parking spaces West of lst
Street, N.W. and on the South Side of West Price Street, and by addingthereto
a double metered parking space in the first double meter space East of 3rd
Street, N. W. and on the South Side of West Price Street, and by adding thereto
the first double metered parking space immediately South of West Price Street
and on the E, B. Line of 3rd Street, N. W.
Section 4. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3(c), Sub-
section (3), "Authorized Loading Zones be amended by establishing a loading
zone on the South Side of West Price Street at the West end of the last metered
parking space West of lst Street, N. W. and ex.tending West 40 feet.
Section 5. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 6. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
