AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, AND SUBSEQUENT
AMENDMENTS THERETO, ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 4(c), 60 MINUTE ME-
TERED PARKING, BY DELETING TWO METERED PARKING SPACES, BEING
THE FIRST AND SECOND METERED PARKING SPACES WEST OF 1ST STREET,
S, W. AND ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF GRAND AVENUE; REPEALING ALL ORDI-
NANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITYQF PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1, That Ord'mance No, 1406, and subsequent amendments there-
to, Article XXI, Section 4(c), 1160 Minute Metered Parking be amended as
follows:
That there be deleted from said section the first and second metered
parking spaces West of lst Street, S.W. and on the 5outh Side of
Grand Avenue.
Section 2, That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
