1719 ORD AMENDING ZONING ORDINANCES AND CHANGING BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY ESTABLISHING MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING (MF-1) CLASSIFICATIONORDINANCE NO. 1719 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MLTLTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING (MF-1) CLASSIFICA- TION ON A TRACT OF LAND NORTH OF BONHAM STREET AND WEST OF 34TH STREET, NW., FRONTING 210 FEET ON BONHAM STREET AND 299 FEET ON 34TH STREET, N.W., AND 285 FEET ON MAPLE AVENUE, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO R. E. HICKMAN, SO AS TO INCLUDE THF.REIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING (SF-2) CLASSIFICATION; AlVD DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING (MF-1) CLASSIFICATION SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Or3inances of the City of Paris, be, and the same ar2 hereby changed, and that a Multiple Family Dwelling (MF-1) classifi- cation, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land North of Bonham Street and West of 34th Street, N.W., fronting 210 feet on Bonham Street and 299 fe2t on 34th Streta N.W., and 285 feet on Maple Avenue, on property belonging to R.E. Hickman, so as to in- clude in such Multiple Family Dwelling (MF-1) classification the hereinafter describe3 property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Single Family Dwelling (SF-2) classification, and that the boundaries of said Multiple Family Dwelling (MF-1) classifi- cation, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Being located West of 34th Street, N.W. and North of Bonham Street, and being a portion of the acreage conveyed by H. E. Morris and wife to R.E. Hickman. Beginning at the North East Corner of Lot 9 in Block C of the Westwood Addition to the City of Paris, at the intersection o.f the S.B. Line of Maple Avenue and 34th Street, N.W.; Thence West with the South Boundary Line of Maple Avenue to the North East Corner of Lot 5 in Block C of the Westwood Addition; Thence South 130 feet to the South East Corner of Lot 5 in Block C; Thence West with the S.B. Line of Lot 5 in Block Cto the E.B. Line of 6.70 acres heretofore zoned for commercial pur- poses; Thence South 309 feet to the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street; Thence East with the North Boundary Line o.f Bonham Street 210 feet, a stake, the Southern South East Corner of Morris to Hickman tract; Tizence North 140 feet to a stake in the S.B. Line o.f Lot 12 in Block C of the Westwood Addition; Tnence East 90 feet to the W.B. Line of 34th St.reet, N.W.; Thence North with the E.B. Line of Lots 9, 101 lla and 12, in Block C of the Westwood Addition to the North East Corner of Lot 9 in Block C of the Westwood Addition, being the place of beginning. The above field notes taken from Preliminary Plat of Westwood Addition, approvecl by the Planning and Zoning Commission August 4a 1964. And being mo.re particularly describe3 by metes an d bounds as follows : Beginning at the S.E. Corner of a tract formerly zoned for commercial purposes of R.E. Hickman on the North Boundary Line of Bonham Street; Thence East with the N.B. Line of Bonham Street 210 feet to the S.W. Corner of the Irene Detherrow tract; Thence North 140 feet to the N.W. Corner of the Detherrow tract; Thence East 90 feet to the W.B. Line of 34th Street, N.W.; Thence North with the W.B. Line of 34th Street, N.W., 299 feet to the S.B. Line of Maple Avenue; Thence West with the S.B. Line of Maple Avenue, 285 feet; Thence South 130 feet; Thence West 15 fe2t to the N.E. Corner of the R.E. Hickman tract heretofore zone3 for commercial purposes; Thence South 309 feet to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the C'ity Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance ah the provisions of Or3inance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Se:.tion 3. All ordinances an 3 parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately uDon passage.
