ORDINANCE NO. 1722 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZOIVING ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND-CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING NO. 1 DISTRICT ON A TRACT OF LAND-LOCATED AT THE NORTH EAST INTERSECTION OF OLD LOVERS LANE AND CLARKSVILLE STREET, BEING A TRACT 204 FEET EAST AND WEST BY 200 FEET NORTii AND SOUTH, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO J. L. ALLMON AND T. H. McCARVILL, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIG- NATLD AS AN SF-2 DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE MULTIPLE FAMILY DWELLING NO. 1 DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section l. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map an30rdinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Multiple Family Dwelling No. 1 District, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land located at the North East intersection of Old Lovers Lane and Clarksville Street, being a tract 204 feet East and West by 200 feet North and South, on p.roperty belonging to J. L. Allmon and T. H. McCarvilla so as to in- clude in such Multiple Family Dwelling No. 1 District the hereinafter describe3 property, which was formerly and is presently 3esignated as an SF-2 District, an d that the boundaries of said Multiple Family Dwelling No. 1 District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: On the North Side of Highway 271 or Clarksville Street; Beginning at the intersection of the East Boundary Line o_f Old Lover's Lane and the North Boundary Line of Clarksville Street; Thence East 204 feet, a stake; Thence North 200 feet; Thence West 204 feet to the E.B. Line of Old Lover's Lane; Thence South with Old Lover's Lane 200 feet to the place of beginning. Being the property now occupied an d use3 by the Gr2en Briar Apartments. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710, and the lan d use map acco_npanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions oJ7 this ordinance. Section 3. Al1 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imnediately upon passage.
