PARIS, TEXAS, AND CH.ANGTNr THE BOUNDARIES E.STABLISHED BY THE
ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLI.SHING AN OFFICES, PR,OFESSIONAL
AND ADMINISTRATIVE DISTRICT ON A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT THE
SOUTH WEST INTE:RSECTION OF FORT STREET AND 8TH STREET, S. E. , ON

DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BO'JNDARIES OF TtiE OFFICES, PRO-
FESSIONAL AND ADMTNISTRATiVE DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEX.AS:
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and
Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that an
Offices, P-rofessianal and Administrative D?.strict, be, and the same is hereby es-
tablished on a tract of land located at the South West intersection of Fort Street
and 8th Street, S. E, , on property belonging to W. T. M,..rphy, so as to include in
such Offices, Professional and Administrative District the hereinafter described
property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a M-Liltiple Family
Dwelling District, and that the boundaries of said Offices, Professional and
Administrative District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows:
Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and being Lot 7 i.n
City Block 109, being 92 feet East and West, at the South West inter-
section of 8th Street, S. E, and Fort Street, and with a depth of 155 feet.
Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby
directed to change the Zoning Milp of the City of Paris, in accordance with the
provisions of Ordinance No, 1710 and the land use map accompanyingthe same,
and in accordance wzth the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective imm.Pdiately upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris in regular
session convened at Council Chambers on this t~ie 12th dayof July, ApD,,, 1965.
