AN OR.DINANCE AME!VDING THE Zt7NINC ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGiNG THE BOTJNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT ON A TRACT OF LAND LrJCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF NORTH MAIN STREFT AND IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE GULF, COLQR.ADO AND SANTA FE RAIL- ROAD TRACK, ON PROPERT-Y BELrJNGING TO THE GULF, COLORA.DO AND SAN'TA FE RAILWAY COMPANY AN-D LEASED TO HARVEST FERTIL?ZER & CHEMICAL CO., INC,, SO AS TO INCLUDE THERETN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED AS A COMMERCIAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOTJNDA- RIES OF THE LIGHT INDUSTr`t,IAL DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORD_AINED BY TriE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Light Industrial District, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land located on the East Side of North Main Street and immediately North of the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railroad track, on property belonging to the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway Company and leased to Harvest Fertilizer & Chemical Co. , Inc., so as to include in such Light Industrial Da.strict the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Commercial Di.s- trict, and that the boundaries of said Light Industrial D,;.strict, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Beginning at a stake on the E. B. Line of North Main Street, imrnediately North of the Right of Way of the Gulf, Colorado and Santa Fe Railway; Thence North and East with the E. B. Line of North Main Street, 156.92 feet, a stake, the South Boundary Line of a 30 foot driveway; Thence East 246.46 feet, a stake; Thence South 147. 5 feet9 a stake in the right of way of said Railway; Thenc e W est 300 feet to the place of beginning. Szction 2. That the City Eiigineer of the Cityof Paris, be, and he is hereby_ directed to change the ZoningMap of the City of Paris, in accordance with the pro - visions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accom,oanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
