D. JACK50N, 50 AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMFRLY DESIGNATED .AS A SF-2 D?STRICT; AND DESIGNATING THF BOUNDAR.IES OF THE N]EIGHBORHOOD SE:RVICE D?STRICT SO ESTABLISHED, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CIT Y COUNCIL QF THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood Service District, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land located on the East Side of 14th Street, Ns Eq, in the 600 Block thereof, on property belonging to H. D„ Jackson, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a SF-2 D.istrict, and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood Service District, be, and the same are hereby established as follows: Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and being Lot 8 in Block 4 of the T. T. Hicks First Addition, fronting 60 feet on the East Side of 14th Street, N. E,, with a depth of 150 feet, located at the address of 636 14th Street, N. E. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompanying the same, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances inconflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage. Passed and adopted by the City Council of the Cityof Paris in regular session convened at Council Chambers on this the 12th C14y July, A. D., 1965.
