BE IT ORD4INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEX.AS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1624, be, and the same is hereby amended
by establishing a speed limit of 20 miles per hour on East Price Street, between
the East Boundary Line of 20th Street, N. E. and the West Boundary Line of 25th
Street, N. E.
Section 2, That the same be further amended by establishing a speed limit
of 20 miles per hour on East Hickory Street, from the East Boundary Line of
North Main Street to the West Boundary Line of 8th Street, N. E.
Section 3. That any person violating any provision of this ordinance shall
be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction shall be punished by a fine not
exceeding Two Hundred ($200. 00) Dollars.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby expressly repealed„
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage
and public atio n.
