Section 1. That H. C, KAnnemer, Gity Manager, be, and he is hereby
authorized, on behalf of the City of Paris, to execute and enter into all necessary

Section 2. That the Gity Clerk, H. C. Greene, be, and he is hereby di-
rected to make such assessments, collections, paymQnts, and reports as may be
required by the State Department of Public W elfare to provide social security
