That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood Service D:.strict, be, and the same is hereby established on a tract of land located at the 5outh East intersection of West Sherman Street and lst 5treet, S.W., on property belonging to Sibyl G. Harrison, so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District the hereinafter described property, wlzich was for- merly and is presently designated as a Multiple Fami.ly Dwelling District No. 1, and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood Service District, be, andthe same are hereby established as follows: ENTRANCE AND EKIT ONLY from st Street, S. W., NEVER from any entrance fronting on South Main Street. Being 100 feet by 45 feet., fronting on lst Street, S, W M, BEGINNiNG at the South East intersection of lst Street, S.W. and W est Sherman Street, same being the North West corner of lot owned by Sibyl G. Harrisono then running South to the North W est corner of lot now owned by Ross West, et ux, then EA5T 45 feet along the N:>rth line of the Ross West lot, then NORTH 100 feet to the 5outh line of We~he SOUTH ~ASTtinte rsect on~of lst Street,aSeW . of beginning, being and W est Sherman Street, Paris, Texas. 5ection 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Paris, be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning d the landluse map accompanying the same, ando visions of Ordinance No. 1710 an in accordance wi.th the provisions of this ordinance. Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall becomc: effective im:nPdiately upon passage.
