Henderson St. are a nuisance, andthatthey are hereby declared a nuisance, in that
they are dangerous to life and property, and that the same constitute a fire hazard
to life and property, and that the respective owners are hereby ordered to abate
such nuisance wi-thin thirty (30) days from the date hereof. The Czty Manager is
directed to furnish the owners a copy of this ordinance in the event the address of
said owners are known, and in the event the respective owners refuse to comply
with this order, the City Attorney, Ben F. Maoring, is hereby directed to proceed
to enforce this ordinance by injunction in the District Court of Lamar County, Texas,
as provided for in Ordinance No. 1470,
