<br />BE i.T ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCjL OF THE CITY OF P?,RIS,
<br />TEXAS:
<br />Section 1. That the City Council, did, on the 9th day of November, A. D. ,
<br />1964, by Ordinance No. 1700, declare the necessity for the improvement of
<br />Graham Street, by the installation of curbs and gutters and paving the same,
<br />from the E. B. Line of 34th Street, N. W, to the E. S. Line of Hxghway Loop aid 286, and did then and thererequest the Cetof a ngien to bec la med ontt e p operty
<br />and directed the City Cierk to file notz the belonging to the abutting propertyr AeD.' 1which 964, intthe C~fficeloft e County
<br />Glerk on the 13th day of Novembe , , Clerk of Lamar County, Texas.
<br />Section 2. That the City Engineer has reported to the Gity Council the
<br />costs of curb and gutter to the abutting property owners, and the costs to the
<br />abutting property owners for two-thir f the pa $1g50eper front foot to thed
<br />costs so reported are: Costs of curb and gutte
<br />property owners on each side of said street; and the costs of paving e° fthe ront
<br />abutting property owners of $2.56994, on each side of said street, p
<br />foot. That said report has been, in all things, approved by the City Council of
<br />the City of Paris. That the City of Paris is to pay one-third of the costs of the
<br />or $2.56994 per front foot for the paving, and all drainage and inter-
<br />paving,
