BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL O'T THE C=Y OF
;.'ARIS, TEX.AS:
5ection 1. That Qrdinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2,
"Parking Prohibited at All Tzmes in Designated Places", be, andthe same is
hereby amended by prohibiting the parking of any motor vehicles or any kind
of vehicles upon the following streets:
(a) On the North Side of Graham Street, from the W. B.
Line of 4th Street, N. W. to the E. B. Line of 13th
5tr e et, N. W.
(b) On the North Side of Fort 5'creet, from the E. B. Line
of 6th Street, S. E. to the W. B. Line of 8th Street,
S. E,
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective onthe lst day of
November, A. D,, 1965.
5ection 4. That all persons convicted of parking or standing
motor vehicles or other vehicles at any time in any of the above prohibited
places shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and fined not less than One ($1.00)
Dollar or more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
