Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2, be,

Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective on the 1 st day of
Novemkier, A. D. , 1965.
5ection 4. That any person found guilty of parking any motor vehicle
or other vehicle on the above prohibited area at any time shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than One ($1.00)
Dollar or more than Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars.
