STOP AND THEN PROCEED AT A SPEED NOT TO EXCEED 10 MiLES PER
HOUR; PROVIDING FO-R A PENALTY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EF'FEC-
TIVE iDATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARI5:
Section 1. That the driver of any motor vehicle upon any street within
the corporate limits of the City of Paris shalls upon meeting or overtaking
from either direction any school bus, which is stopped on said street for the
purpose of receiving or discharging any school children, shall stop the ve-
hicle immediately before passing the school bus, and then may proceed past
