WtiEREA5, the-re has been some confusion as to whether or not zonings,
which were had under Ordinance No. 1409 and which placed certain areas in the
Fire Limits, were repealed by Ordinance No. 1710; and,
WT-iEREAS, it is necessary that the status of certain areas be clearly
defined; NOW, THEREFQRE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCiL C)ii' THE CiTY 0F PARIS:
That 0:-dinance No. 1215, which is the ordinance fixing and establishing
the Fire Limits and providing for their designation, be amended as follows:
Section 1. That Section 3 be amended by adding thereto:

and they are hereby placed in the First Fire Limits of the City
of Paris.

Section Z. That Section 3 of Ordinance No.
providing that the following described property be placed in the First Fire

Lots 1 and 2, Block 44; all of Block 44B; Lots 11, 12, 13,
141 15, and 16, Block 45A; all of Block 1, Connor Place
Addition; Lots 4, 5, and 6, Block 47; All of Block 123;
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 4. Block 127; Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, and 6A,
Block 126; Lot 4, Block 183; Lots 2 and 3, Block 182A;
Lots 4, 5, 69 and 16, Block 82; and Lots 5 and 6 and the
North 172 of Lot 7, Finn Place Addition.
Section 3. That all other provisions of Ordinance No. 1215 are hereby
