THE TRAFFIC ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF PARIS, SY REPEALING
SECTIONS 3, 49 AND 5, WITH RE.FERENCE TO U TURNS , ANDINSERTING
FOR SECTION 3 THEREOF, THE PROHIBITIO:'V OF ANY U TURNS ON ANYRO

SE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL f?F THE CITYOF PARIS:
That Article XI of Ordinance No. 1406, the Traffic Ordinance of the
City of Paris9 be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. That Sections 3, 49 and 5 of Article Xi are hereby expressly
repealed.
Section 2. It shall be unlawi'ul for any driverof any motor vehicle to
m3ke a U turn upon any street within the City Limits of theGity of Paris,
wnether the street is located within the Business District or the Residential
Di strict.
Section 3. That any person violating the above provision of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction9
shall be punished by a fine not to exceed Two Hundred ($200. 00) Dollars.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective on the lst day of
March, A, D, 3 1966.
