Sectian 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning
Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be9 and the same are hereby changed,
and that a Neighborhood Service D4 .strict9 be, and the samE: is hereby established
on a tract of land located We-st of the Stillhouse Road,, North of Highway Loop 286s
and East of property belonging to Fryg PAhillips, Sum.row, and Kimbell, on pro -
perty belonging to L, P. McCuistion Community Hospital, so as to include in
such Neighborhood Service District the hereinafter described property, which
was formerly and is presently designated as a Single Family DweUing No. 2
District, and that the boundaries of said Neighborhood Service District$ be, and
the same are hereby established as fo].lows:
Situated within the corporate limits of the City of Parisa Lamar
County,, Texasa a part of the Reddin Russell Survey and being a part
of a 90.826 acre tract of land conveyed KRS5 Corp., as recorded in
Vo]., 408, page 334 of the Lamar County Deed Records.
BEGINNINC-x at a post for corner in the West Boundary line of
Stillhouse Road, said point being the Northeast corner of said 90, 826
acre tract of land,
THENCE North 59 deg. 40 min. West a distance of 1919 feet to
an iron pipe for corner in the North Boundary line of said 90.826
acre tract of Iand.
THENCE South 29 deg, 59 min. West a distance of 898 feet to an
iron pipe for corner, said point being the Northeast corner of a
10. 836 acre tract of land conveyed Floyd Sumrow, M. S. Kimbell$
C1yde Fry9 and Glenn Pn.illips by deed recorded in Vol. 4203 page
303 of said Deed Records;
THEIVCE South 17 deg, 37 min. West a distance of 400 feet to
a concrete marker for corner in the North Boundary line of Loop
Highway 286, said point being the Southeast corner of said 10. 836
acre tract of land, said point also being the beginning of a 2 deg.
54 min. curve to the right;
THEiVCE along the North Boun3ary line of said Highway as
follows: Southeasterly along said curve, a distance of 723£eet;
South 64 deg. 47 min. East a distance of 196 feet; South 56 deg.
13 min. East a distance of 705 feet; North 81 deg. 03 mi_n. East a
distance of 145 feet to a concrete marker for corner in the West
Boundary line of Stillhouse Road, said point being the Southeast
corner of said 90. 826 acre tract of Iand;
THENCE North 36 deg. 18 min. East along the West Boundary
line of Stillhouse Road, a distance of 1070 feet to the place of
beginning9 and containing 48. 966 acres of land.
Section 2. Th.at the City Engineer is hereby directed to change the
Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 1710, as amended9 and in accordance wi.th the provisions of
this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
