BE IT O-RDAINEID BY THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That each person9 firm, or corporation desiring a water
tap or a sewer tap within the City of Paris shall make application to the
D-apartment of Public Works therefor and shall pay for such water tap or
sewer tap, which requires the breaking of the surface of a hard surface
street and the repair thereof, the sum of $42. 50. That each person., firm,
or corporation desiring a water tap or a sewer tap to be installed or placed
on an unimproved or dirt street shall make application to the Public Works
Department of the City of Paris and pay therefor the sum of $20, 00.
Section 2. That any person, firm, or corporation desiring a water tap

6ection 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance sha]l become effective immE,diately upon
