DTATELY IN FRONT OF 228 2ND STREET, SoW,;; PROVIDING .FO'.2 AN EFFEC-
TIVE .DATE; AND PZESCRIBING A PENALTY THERETO,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406., Article X.-KI, Section 39 Sub..Section
(c)i Sub-Section (3), "Authorized Loading Zones", be, and the same is hereby
amended, by adding theretos a space fln the We st Side of 2nd Street, S. W,, imine-
diately in front of 228 2nd Street9 S.W.
Section 2, That the penalty provided for parking in Loading Zones in
Ordinance No. 1406 is hereby provided.
Section 3. That theeffective date of this ordinance shall be immediately
upon passage.
