BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY GOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,. TEXAS:
5ection 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning M<-lp and
Ordinances of the City af Paris,, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a
Mizltiple Family Dwelling No. 2 District, be, and the same is hereby established
on five acres of land im-inediatel.y East of the Rotherum Home., which is Iocated at
the North East intersection of EastCherry Street and 20th Street, N. E. Y and which
property is 389.8 feet on East Cherry Street and extending North 586.5 feet, on
property belonging to M_^s. Reka Rotherums so as to include in such Mia.ltiple
Famzly Dwelling No. 2 District the hereinafter described property,, which was for-
merly and is presentXy designated as a Single Family Dwelling Districta and that
the boundaries of said Multiple Family Dwelling No. 2 Districts be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:
Being 5 acres more or less of the Hiram Williams Survey adjoining
Lot 10 in Block A of the Partition of the J. C. Record Estate on its
South line, being the North part of Lot No. 16 Piat "A" of the J. C.
Record Estate, and more particularly described by plat and field
notes filed by J. B. Bennett, Administrator in the County Clerkts
Office of Lamar CDunty, Tex.as, and being the lot deeded to E.
Rotherum uy J. E. Roberts and wife and which 5 acres, more or
Iess, is more particularly described as fol.lows: Begins at the S.W„
corner of the aforesaid Lot No. 10; Thence South wa.th Jones E. B.
line and the center of the Paris and Pine Mi.ll Road (now East Cherry
5treet) to a point where said road running East from Parisstrikes the
W. B. line of Lot No. 16; Thence East with the N. B. line of the 8
acres beYonging to Ed Rotherum to a stake in the E. B. line of said
Lot No. 16 being W. W. Stella's W. B. line and the N. E. co rner of
Rotherum')s 8 acres; Thence North to the N. E. corner of Lot No. 16;
Thence W est to the beginning.
Being 5 acres immediately East of the Rotherum Homf: and on the
North Side of East Cherry Street.
Section Z. That the City Engineer is hereby directed to change the Zuning
Map of the City of Paris9 in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710,,
as amended, and in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby expressly repealed.
