BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE i.ITY OF PARI5,
TEXAS:
5ection 1. That on the 23rd day of May, A. D., 1966, at 7:00 otclock

the City Council will hold a pu
right to appear and be heard on the proposed annexation by the City of Paris,
Texas, of the following described property, to-wit:
Situated in the Cou ard being a part of a t act of g

land described in a deed dated August 19, 1964, from Lamar
Trucking Company to R. M. Ginsberg , and recorded in Book 419,
Page 115, Lamar County Deed Records, and being described by
metes and bounds as follows:
Beginning at a point wliere the 5outh Boundary Line of the
R. M. Ginsberg tract intersects the present City Limit Line North
East of the City of Pa.ris;
Thence East with the South Boundary Line of the Ginsberg
tract, 820 feet to the S. E. Corner thereof;
Thence North with the E. B. Line of said Gi.nsberg tract,
1976 feet to the North East Corner of said tract;
Thence West with the N. B. Line of the Ginsberg tract,
1278 feet to the North West Corner of said tract;
Thence South to a point where the West Soundary Line of
the Ginsberg tract intersects the present City Limit Line North
East of the City of Paris, a distance of 1405 feet.
Being all of said Ginsberg tract which is not now within the
City Limits of the City of Paris.
Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Paris, Texas is hereby authorized
and directed to cause notice of such public hearing to be published once in the
newspaper having general circulation in the City and in the above described
territory not more than twenty (20) days nor less than ten (10) days prior to
the date of such publ,ic he60ngA ts of the 58t Leg sl ture,MRegularlSession,
Annexation Act (Chapter 160,
1963; compiled as Article 970a, Vernonss Texas Civi1 Statutes).
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect immediately upon passage.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of May9 A. D. p 1966.
