AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 4, METERED PARKING, SUB-SECTION (c), 60 MINUTE METERED
PARKING, BY ADDING A PARKINGME= ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WEST
KAUFMAN STREET$ IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF BELK;S DEPARTMENT
STORE, AND FIXING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406F Article XXI, Section 4, "Metered
Parking", Sub-section (c), "60 Minute Metered Parking", be, and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto: West Kaufman StreetA on the North Side
thereof, between lst Street, S.W. and South Main Street, immediately to the
rear of Belk2s Department 5torey and being the space between the present
meter No. 31 and meter No. 32.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately.
