ORDINANCE NO. 1798 • AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANGE OF THE CITY OrF PARIS, TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTABLISHED BY THE ZONING MAP OF SAID CITY; ESTABLISHING A NEIGHBORHOOD SER- VICE DISTRIGT AT THE SOON PROPERTY BELONGING TO WILLIAMENUE AND 22ND STREET~ S. E. , McGARVEY HOUSEg JR., SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FOR- DE- MERLY DESIGNATED RIES OOF FAMILY SERVIGE DIrSDTR CT SIGNATINGTHE BOUNA 50 ESTABLISHED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CDUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS: Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by theZoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are hereby changed, and that a Neighborhood Service District, be, and the same is hereby es- tablished at the South East intersection of Lamar Avenue and 22nd Street, S. E. , on property belonging to W illiam McGarvey House9 Jr. a so as to include in such Neighborhood Service District the hereinafter described property, which was formerly and is presently designated as a Two Family Dwelling District, and that the boundaries of 5aid Neighborhood Service District, be, and the same are hereby established as fol,lows: A part of the George W. Cox Survey in Lamar County, Texas, and being a part of that tract of land conveyed by W.W. Ste11 and wife, Mary E. Stell, to W. M. House on April 26, 1916' as shown in Deed Book 158, Page 333, Lamar County Deed Records; BEGINNING at the intersection of 22nd Street Southeast and Lamar Avenue in the City of Paris, Lamar County, Texas; THENCE South 216 feet along the East Boundary line of Southeast 22nd StreetF a stake; THENCE East 188.5 feet a stake; THENCE North 216 feet to the South Boundary line of Lamar Avenue, a st akel THENCE W est 188. 5 feet along the SSline of Lamar Avenue to the place of beginning. Section 2. That the City Engineer of the City of Parisy be, and he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris, in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1710 and the land use map accompany- ing the same, and in accordance wit the provi ions ~f this ordinance. ~ ~ Section' 3. P,11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewit are hereby expressly repealed. Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage.
