AN ORDTNANCE AMENDING SEC TION 15 OF ORDINANCE NO.
1508, PROVIDING FOR A PE NALTY FOR BEGINNING OF WORK FOR
WHICH A PERMIT B PROVIDED WITHOUT HAVING OBTAINED SAID
PE RMIT .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCTL OF THE CITY OF
PA RIS o
Section 1. That Section 15, providing for fees for plumbing
permits, of Ordinance No. 1508, be amended by adding the following
ite m :
(a) That the above fee shall apply in th e eve nt that the
application for the permit is made prior to the be-
ginning of any plumbing work requiring a pe rmit.
That in th e eve nt any work is com.mence d withou t
having procured a permit, as provided for in said
ordinance, then the fee : hall be fifty cents (50~ ) p er
day, in addition to the cha rges set forth in Section
15, above, for each day's delay in procuring said
pe rmit.
Section Z. Thiz ord inance :_7+ hall b ecome e ffe ctive imme diately
upon passage and publication.
Section 3. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby re-
pealed.
