Section 1. That Ordinance No. 1406, The Traffic C ode, A rticle
XXI, 5ection 2, which Section creates fire lanes and prohibits parking at
all times in designated places, be, and the same is hereby amended by
adding to said Section 2ksvi11e5Street and theeNorth between

of the T. & P. Railroad Right of Way.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
Section 3. All ordi.nances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
Section 4. Providing for the same penalty as is provided for
in Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2, for any person found guilty
of parking in said prohibited area.
