AN ORDINANCE AMENDSNG ORDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTTCLE XXI, SECTION
3, "AUTHORIZED LOADTNG ZONES", AND ORDINANCE N0. 1534, SECTION 2
THEREOF, AND PROVSDTNG FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDA TNFD BY THE C ITY C OUNC IL OF THE C TTY OF PAR IS , TEXAS :
Section la That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XKI, Section 3,
"Authorized Loading Zones", and Ordinance No. 1534, Section 2
thereof, be, and the same are hereby amended by deleting said
Section 2 of Ordinance No. 1534, wherein a loading zone was
created on the West Side of 3rd Street, S. E., immediately South of
Lamar Avenue, between Clarksville Street and Lamar Avenue, and the
loading zone therein created is hereby discontinued.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
