Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and Ordinances of the City of Paris, be, and the same are
hereby changed, and that a Residential PLstrict, be, and the same is
hereby established on the North Side of Bonham Street, between 25th
Street, N. W. and 27th Street, N. W., on properties belonging to the
Hodges Estate, C. C. Dubbs, James Winn Rice, I. J. Ingram, A. T.
Tucker, Mrs. P. S. James, Gi-adys Campbell, Troy Allen, and Lawrence
McDowell; on the East Side of 27th Street, N. W on property belong-
ino, to W. T. Murphy; and on the TrTest Side of 25th Street, N. W. on
property belonging to the W. E. McKnight Estate, so as to include in
such Residential District the hereinafter described territory, which
was formerly and is presently design.ated as a"G" Commercial District,
and that the boundaries oi said Residential District, be, and the same
are hereby established as follows:

he is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris,
in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1122, and in
accordance with the provisions of tnis ordinance.
Section 3. That a11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passagee
Passed and adopted by tne City Council of the City of Paris in
regular session convened at Council Chambers on this the llth day of
February, A. D., 1963.
