AN ORDINANCE CLASSIFYING AND PROVIDING FOR THE NUMBER
OF POLICEMEN IN THE PARIS PQLICE DEPARTMENT; PROVIDING FOR
THE CLASSIFICATION OF POLICEMEN AS THRE'~ (3) LIEUTENANTS,
SIX (6) SERGEANTS, AND SIXTEEN (16) PATROLMEN; AND REPEALING
ALL ORDINANCES IN CONF'LICT HEREWITH,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THF QTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF PARI5:
Section 1. That the Police Department of the City of Paris shall be
twenty-five (25) in number and classified as follows: Three (3) Lieutenants,
5ix (6) Sergeants, and Sixteen (16) Patrolmeno
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Sectian 3o This ordinance shall be and become effective on the lst
day of May, A. D. , 19630
