AN ORDINANCE APPOINTING THREE MEMBERS OF THE EQUALI. -
ZATION BOARD OF THE CITY C?F PARIS TO SERVE FOR THE CURRENT
TAXABLE YEAR, ESTABLISHING THE TIME FOR THE FIRST MEETING
OF THE EQUALIZATION BOARD, ESTABLISHING THE RATE OF PAY FOR
THE MEMBERS OF SAID BOARD, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT QRDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:

Section 4. The rate of pay for each such appointed member of said
Equalization Board for the current taxable year is hereby established at
the rate of Twenty-Five ($25, 00) Dollars per day, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized and directed to make payment out of the City funds to
such members at such rate of pay of Twenty-Five ($25o 00) Dollars per day.
Section 5. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passageo
