1632 ORD REGULATING USE OF KIDDIE WADING POOL ON WADE PARK IN COPORDINANCE NO, 1632 .
AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE USE QF THE KIDDIE
WADING POOL ON WADE PARK, IN THE CITY OF PARIS, TEXAS, AND FIX-
ING A PENALTY THEREFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY t3F PARIS,
TEXAS:
Section 1. No person shall swim hereafter or use the kiddie wading pool,
which is located on Wade Park, North of East Price Street and West of 25th
Street, N. E. , in the City of Paris, who is of the age of ten (10) years or in
excess of ten (10) years of age, as such wading pool is equipped for only small
children and tiny tots.
Section 2. Any person violating the provisions of this ordinance shall be
guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined not to exceed One
Hundred ($100, 00) Dollars,
Section 3. A11 ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordirHnce shall take effect immediately after passage and
upon publicationo
