AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1406, THE TRAFFIC
CODE, AMENDING ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 4, SUBSECTIQN (d), REGU-
LATED AL D METERED PARKING, BY DELETING THFREFROM
THE FIRSTi~METERED PARKING SPACES IMMEDIATELY SOUTH OF
THE SOUTH BOUNDARY LINE C3F EAST KAUF1vIAN STREET AND QN THE
EAST SIDE QF 2ND STREET, S. E AND/OR CHURCH STREET, AND
MAKING SAID TWO METERED SPACES, NQ PARKING AT ANY TIME.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PA17,IS:
Section 1. That Article XXI, Section 4, Subsection (d), "Regulated All-
Day Metered Parking", of Qrdinance No, 1406, be amended as follows:

That the ilImetered parking spaces situated immediately South of
East Kaufman Street and on the East Side of 2nd Street, S. E. and/or
Church5treet, be deleted _therefrom.
5ection 2. That said -t,re metered parking spaces are hereby declared
to be a"No Parking at Any Time" area.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
Section 4. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
