AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406 AND AMENIDING
ORDINANCE NO. 1537; AMENDING ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 4, SUBSEC-
TION (c), 60 MINUTE METERED PARKING, BY DELETING THEREFROM,
W EST AUSTIN STREET, ON THE SOUTH SIDE THERFAF, BETW EEN 1ST
STREET, S. W. AND 2ND STREET, S. W., AND THE NORTH PORTION
OF THE MARKET SQUARE, THE THIRTEEN (13) - 60 MINUTE METERED
PARKING SPACES WHICH NOW EXIST; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES
IN CONFLICT AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1, That Ordinance No. 1406 and Ordinance No. 1537, Article
XXI, Section 4, Subsection (c), 1160 Minute Metered Parking", be, and the
same is hereby amended as follows:
That the thirteen (13) metered parking spaces located South of the
S. B. Line of West Austin Street, between t S, be, and Street,
S. W., and on the North portion c£the Market SJ,uare,
hereby deleted, and 60 minute metered parking spaces are no longer in
ex.istence hereafter upon the above area.
Section Z. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
