AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1406, THE TRAFFIC
CODE, AMENDING ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 4, SUBSECTION (c), 60 MINUTE
METER,ED PARKING, BY DELETING ONE (1) METER SPACE, ON THE
NORTH SIDE OF BONHAM STREET, BETWEEN 3RD STREETg N. W. AND
4TH STREET, N. We, AT THE ADDRES5 OF 346 BONHAM STREET,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Article XXI, Section 4, Subsection (c), "60 Minute
Metered Parking", be, and the same is hereby amended, by deleting one (1) -
60 minute metered parking space, on the North Side of Bonham Street, between
3rd Street, N. W. and 4th Street, N. W. , at the address of 346 Bonham Street.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
