AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1406, AMENDING
ARTICLE XXI, SECTIQN 4, METERED PARKING, SUBSEC'II4N (c), 60
MINUTE METERED PARKING, BY I]ELETING TWO PARKING METER
SPACES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF WEST KAUFMAN STREET; REPEAL-
ING ALL ORDINANCES OK PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT
HEREWITH; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No, 1406, Article XXI, Section 4, Sub-
section (c), be, and the same is hereby amended, by deleting therefrom
two - 60 minute metered parking spaces on the North Side of West Kaufman
Street, immediately East of the East Boundary Line of 3rd Street, S. W.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby ex.pressly repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately.
