AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1406, ARTICLE XXIp
SECTION 2, PARKING PROHIBITED AT ALL TIMES IN DESIGNATED
PLACES, BY ADDING TH.ER,ETO THE NORTH SIDE QF CLARKSVILLE
STREET, FROM THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF 8TH STREET, S. E. TO
THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE QF lOTH STREET, S. E,, REPEALING ALL
ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH9 AND PROVIDING FQR AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY QF PARIS:
Section 1. That Ordinance No, 1406, Article XXI, Section 2, be, and
the same is hereby amended as follows:
(a) That all parking is hereby prohibited, at all hours a~;---
on the North Side of Clarksville Street, from the East Boundary
Line of 8th Street, S. E. to the West Boundary Line of lOth
Str eet, S. E.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation who violates the above
provision shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall be fined in any sum mt exceeding Two Hundred ($200. 00) Dollars,
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on the 30th day of
4ctober, A. D. , 1963.
