AN ORDINANCE AMENDING QRDINANCE NO. 1406, ARTICLE XXI,
SECTION 3(c), SUBSECTIQN (3) AUTHORIZED LOADING ZONES, BY DELET-
ING THEREFROM, 1ST STREET, S. W., BETWEEN WE5T AUSTIN STREET
AND WEST SHERMAN STREET, IN THE CENTER OF THE BLQCK, ON THE
EAST SIDE OF 1ST STREET, S. W. , IMMEDIATELY IN FRONT OF THE
CITY MEAT MARKET; AND AMENDING ORDINANCE NO, 1406, ARTICLE
XXI, SECTION 4, METERED PARKING, SUBSECTION (c), BY DELETING
THEREFROM, 1ST STREET, S. W. , ON THE EAST SIDE TF-ZEREOF, BE-
TWEEN WEST AUSTIN-STREET AND WEST SHERMAN STREET, AND BEING
METER NOS. T-59, T-60, AND T-61, AND PLACING IN THE LOADING
ZONE IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF METER NO. T-61 A ONE HOUR PARKING
METER; PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE, AND REPEALING ALL OR-
DINANCE5 IN CONFLICT HEREWITH,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS,
T EXAS:
Section l. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 3(c), Sub-
section (3), "Authorized Loading Zones is hereby amended, by deleting
therefrom, lst Street, S. W., between West Austin Street and West Sherman
Street, in the center of the block, on the East Side of lst Street, S. W, ,
immediately in front of the City Meat Market.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 4, "Metered
Parking", Subsection (c), is hereby amended, by deleting therefrom ist 5treet,
S. W. , on the East Side thereof, between West Austin Street and West Sherman
Street, and being Meter Nos. T-59, T-60, and T-61, for the purpose of con-
structing a driveway, all located immediately South of the City Meat Market,_
and there is placed in the Loading Zone immediately North of Meter No, T-61
a one hour parking meter.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
Section 4, All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith
are hereby repealed.
