ORDINANCE, AMENDING ARTICLE XXI, SECTION Z, FIXING A FIRE LANE
ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF WEST WASHINGTON STREET, FROM THE WEST
BOUNDARY LINE OF SOUTH MAIN STREET TO THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE
OF 1ST STREET, S. W. , AND FIXING A FIRE LANE ON THE NQRTH SIDE
OF WEST WASHINGTON STREET, FROM THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF
1ST STREET,, S. W. TO THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF 7TH STREET,
S. W,; REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLIC T HEREW ITH; AND PRO -
VIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS:
Section 1, That Ordinance No. 1406, Article XXI, Section 2, be, and the
same is hereby amended by adding thereto and fixing a Fire Lane on the South
Side of West Washington Street, from the West Boundary Line of 5outh Main
Street to the East Boundary Line of 1 st Street, S. W. , and fixing a Fire Lane
on the North Side of West Washington Street, from the West Boundary Line of
lst Street, S. W. to the East Boundary Line of 7th Street9 S. W.
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are
hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
