BE IT ORDAiNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARLS,
TEXA.S:
Section 1. That Article XXI, Section 2, be amended by adding
thereto, West Cherry Street, fhe South Bounda.ry Line thereof, from the
West Boundary Line of North Main Street to the East Boundary Line of
3rd Street, N. W., by establishing a Fire Lane over said area and pro..
hibiting parking at all times on said area.
Section 2. That Article XXI, Section 3(a), Parking limited on
certa.in streets, be amended by adding thereto, North Main Street, from the
South Boundary Line of West Cherry Street and extending South to the South
East Corner of the Goodyear Store, wherein all parking is hereafte:r pro-
hibited between the hours of 8:00 o=clock A. M. and 6:00 o'clock P. M.
Section 3. That Article XXI, Section 3(c), Subsection (3), be amended
by establishing a Loading Zone on the West Side of 2nd Street, N. E. between
the present Loading Zone and the South Boundary Line of East Houston Street,
wherein a Loading Zone is established, effective at all hours.
Section 4. That Article XIII be amended, upon the recommendation
of the City Engineer, by fixing a Stop Sign on West Kaufman Street where
the East Boundary Line of 15th Street, S. W. intersects said West Kaufman
Street, and by fixing a Stop Sign on West Kaufman Street where the West
Boundary Line of 15th Street, S. W. crosses West Kaufman Street.
Section 5, Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
above sections shall be punished as provided for a like and similar offense
in Traffic Ordinance No. 1406.
