CITY OF PARIS, TEXASs AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTAB-.
LISHED BY THE ZONING MA,P OF SAID CITY; ESTABLiSHING AN "E"
COMMUNITY STORE DISTRICT ON THE WEST 5TDE OF SOUTH CHURCH
STREET, IN THE 300 BLOCK THEREOF, ON PROPERTY BELONGING TO
CLYDE PARHAM, SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY
DESIGNATED AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE
BOUNDARIES OF THE "E" COMMUNITY STORE DLSTRICT SO ESTAB-
LISHED.

BE IT OR.DAINED BY THE CITY COUNCZL OF THE CITY OF
Section 1. That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are
hereby changed, and that an "E" Community Store District be, and the
sax3ze is hereby established on a lot belonging to Clyde Farham, which
lot is described as follows;
Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas,
within the City Limits of the City of Paris, Texas, and
being a part of the Larkin R.attan Survey; and
BEGINNING at a stake in the WB line of Church Street„
at the NE corner of a lot formerly owned by A. R. Craigo
and now owned by the Episcopal Church;
THENCE North with the WB line of Church Street 128
feet to the SE corner of a lot formerly owned by J. J.
Miller and now owned by the Automotive, 7nco ;
TFiENCE West 219 feet to the EB line of lst Street,
S. E. at the SW corner d a lot owned by Mrs. Ben Smith;
THENCE South with the EB line of lst Street, S. E. 94
feet to the NW corner of said Episcopal Church lot;
THENCE East with the NB line of said Episcopal Church
lot, 64 feet a stake;
THENCE South 34 feet, a stake;
THENCE East 155 feet to the place of beginning.
BEING fihe same property described in deed frorn Hugh
W. Parchma.n, et ux to Clyde Parham, recorded in Book
336, Page 317, Lamar County Deed Records.
Section 2o That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he
is hereby directed to cha.nge the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and
in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance sha.ll become effective immediately
upon passage.
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Pa.ris, in
regular session convened, at Council Cha.mbers, on this the llth day of
January, A. D., 1960.
