XXI, SECTION 3(c), SUBSECTION (3), BY CREATING A LOADING ZONE
OF 100 FEET LENGTH ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF CLARKSVILLE STREETO
IN THE 500 BLOCK, AND CREA. TING A LOADING ZONE ON THE NORTH
SIDE OF CLARKSVILLE STREET FOR A LENGTH OF 100 FEET IN THE
500 BLOCK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GITY GOUNCIL OF THE GITY OF PARIS:
Section 1. That Article XXI, Section 3(a) of Ordinance No, 1406,
"Parking limited on certain streetst " be amended by adding thereto, that
no cars may be parked on the South Side of Clarksville Street, from the
East Bounda.ry Line of 6th Street, S. E. to the West Boundary Line of 12th
Street, S. E. , between the hours of 7:00 oiclock A. M. and 9:00 oAClock
A. M. and between the haurs of 4:00 otclock P. M. and 6;00 otclock P. M.
Section Z. That Article XXI, Section 3(c), Subsection (3), of Ordinance
No. 1406, "Authorized loading zones, " be amended as follows:
There is hereby created a loading zone of 100 feet in length in the
500 Block of Clarksville St reet9 on the South 5ide thereof. There is hereby
created a loading zone on the North Side of Clarksville Street, a distance
of 100 feet, in the 500 Block of said street.
