DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES OF THE "G" COMMERCIAL
DXSTRICT SO ESTABLISHED,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CXTY COUNC7L OF THE C-ITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1, That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are
hereby changed, and that a"G" Comrnercial District be, and the same
is hereby established on a lot belonging to Jack Finney9 which lot is
described as followsY
Situated in the County of Lamar and State of Texas, and located
in the City of Paris, TexasR and beginning at a point 90 feet
North of the intersection of the W. B. Line of 19th Street, N. E,
and the N. B. Line of Lamar Avenue, at a stake in the W. B.
Line of 19th Street, N. E.9
Thence West 90 feet to the West Boundary Line of the Ralph
Young L o t;
Thence North 60 feet to the N. W. Corner of the Young lot;
Thence East 90 feet to the W. B. Line of 19th Street, N. E.;
Thence South 60 feet to the place of beginningo
Section 2o That the City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he
is hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in
accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and
in accordance with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3o All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4, This ordinance sha.ll become effectiye immediately upon
passage.
