AN QRDINANCE REGULATING PEDDLERS, SALESNiEN, SOLICXT4RS,
OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR PERSONS WHO REMAIN ON THE PREMISES
OF ANOTHER AFTER HAVING BEEN ORDERED TO LEAVE BY THE
OCCUPANT LAWFULLY IN CHARGE OF SAID PREMISESA AND FIXIlVG A
FIlNE OF 1VOT TO EXCEED $200.00, AND PROVIl?ING FOR AN EFFECTIVE

TEXAS:
Section 1, It shall hereafter be unlawful for any peddler, salesman,
solicitor, or any other person or personsvft go upon the premises of
another and remain thereon or refuse to leave9 after he or they have been
ordered to leave said premises by any lawful occupant of said premises,
and any person or persons found guilty of the above offense shall be fined
not to exceed $200.00.
Section Z. This ordinance shall become effective on the 20th day of
Aprilg A. D., 1960.
