CITY OF PARISF TEXAS, AND CHANGING THE BOUNDARIES ESTAB-

COMMUNYTY STORE DI.STRICT ON WEST SHER.MA,N STREET AT THE
NORTH EAST INTERSEC TION OF WEST SHE R1ViAN STREE T AND 6TH
STREET, So' W,', ON PROPERTY BEL4NGING TO WILLIE W. STALEY,
SO AS TO INCLUDE THEREIN TERRITORY FORMERLY DESIGNATED
AS A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT; AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES
OF THE "E" COMMUNITY STORE DISTRICT SO ESTABLISHED,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CZTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS:
Section 1, That the boundaries heretofore established by the
Zoning Map and ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are
hereby changed, and that an "E" Community Store District be, and the
same is hereby established on a lot belonging to Willie W. Sta.ley, which
lot is described as follows;
All tha.t certain tract or parcel of land situated in Lama.r
County, Texas, a part of the Larkin R.atta.n Survey, within
the corporate lim.i.ts of the City of Paris, on the North side
of West Sherman Street;
BEGINNAVG at the SW corner of a tract conveyed to R. B.
Stripland and wife by deed of record in Book 334, Page 325,
Lamar County Deed Records;
THENCE East with the NB

Section 2. Tha.t the City Enginee r of the City of Paris be, and he is
hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisions of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance
with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3, All ordina.nces and parts of ordinances in conflict here-
with are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4o This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage.
