AN ORDIlVANCE AMENDING ORDIlVANCE NO, 1406, AMENDING
ARTICLE XXI, SECTION 2, BY ADDING THERETO THE SOUTH 5IDE
OF CLARKSVILLE STREET, FROM THE EAST BOUNDARY LINE OF
8TH STREET, S, E,, TO THE WEST BOUNDARY LINE OF 12TH
STREET, E., AND PROHIBITING PARKING THFREON AT ANY
TIME, AND CREATING A FIRE LANE ON AND ALONG SAID AREA,
REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH, AND PRO-
VIDING FOR AN EFFEC TIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAIlVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PARIS, TEXAS;
Section 1. That Article XXI, Section 2, of Ordinance No. 1406,
"Parking Prohibited at all Times in Deaignated Places", be amended
by adding thereto, that no cars and/or motor vehicles may be parked
on the South Side af Clarksville SYreet, from the East Boundary Line
of 8th Street, S. E., to the West Boundary Line of 12th Street, S, E.,
at any time, and that a Fire Lane is hereby created on and along the
South Side of said Clarksville Street, from the East Boundary Line of
8th Street, S. E. to the West Bounda.ry Line of 12th Street9 S. E., in
the City of Paris, Texas.
Section 2o This ordinance repeals all ordi.nances or amendments
in conflict therewithp
Section 3. This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage.
