AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING WXLLIAM C, RAGAN, MAYOR
OF THE CITY OF PARIS, TO ENTER INTO A PIPE LINE CONTR.ACT
WITH THE ST. LOUIS, SAN FRANCISCO AND TEXAS RAILWAY
COMPANY, TO BORE UNDER THE R.AILWAY COMPANYtS LINE AT A
LOCATION KNOWN AS 583 PLUS 10 POLES PLU5 93 FEET, AND PRO-
VIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE,
BE IT ORDATNED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CxTY OF
PARIS, TEXAS:
Section 1. That since it is necessary for the City of Paris to
run a six inch (611) sewer line under the railroad track of the St. Louis,
San Francisco and Texas Railway Company, at a location lrnown as 583
plus 10 poles plus 93 feet, the Mayor of the City of Paris, William C.
Ragan, is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a Pipe Line
Contract with the Sto Louis, San Francisco, and Texas R.a.ilway Company,
which contract is dated the 18th day of June9 1960, and he is hereby
authorized for and on behalf of the City of Paris to execute said contract
with said Railway Company.
Section 2, This ordinance shall become effective immediately
upon passage,
