BE IT ORDAINEI? BY THE CITY CQUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARIS;
Section I, That the boundaries heretofore established by the Zoning
Map and ordinances of the City of Paris be, and the same are hereby
changed, and tha.t a"G" Commercial District be, and the same is hereby
established on a lot belonging to Lee A. Minor and Ethel Minor, which lot
is described as follows;
Situated in the County of Lamar and Sta.te of Texa.s, and being a
part of the Redding Russell Survey, and being Lot No. 10 in Block
C of the East Park Addition to the City of Paris, Texas.
Section 2. Thatthe City Engineer of the City of Paris be, and he is
hereby directed to change the Zoning Map of the City of Paris in accordance
with the provisians of Ordinance No. 1409, as amended, and in accordance
with the provisions of this ordinance.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances i.n conflict herewith
are hereby expressly repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective immediately upon
passage,
Passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of Paris, in regular
session convened, at Council Chambers, on this the lOth day of Qctober,
