BE IT ORDAINEI? BY THE CITY (DUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PARISe
Section 1. That Qrdinance No. 1406, known as the Traffic Code of the
City of Paris, be, and the same is hereby amended as follows:
Article XXI, Section 2, defining Parking Prohibited at all Times in
I?esignated Places, there is hereby added thereto: the West Side of North
Main Street, from the South Boundary Line of West Cherry Street to the
North Boundary Line of West Houston Street; the North Side of Bonha.m
Street, from the West Boundary Line of 19th Street, N. W. to a point
immediately North of the E. B. Line of 21 st Street, S. W, , when said
E. B. Line of said 21st Street, S. W. is extended across Bonham Street
to the North Side thereof; the East and West Sides of North Main Street,
from Santa Fe Street, North, to Clement Road; and all parking is hereby
and hereinafter prohibited thereon, if and when signs are erected or curbs
painted giving notice thereof.
Section 2, Penalties provided for in Ordinance No. 1406 shall apply to
any violations of the above prohibited parking areas.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict are
hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective on the 27th day of
dctober, A. D., 1960.
